What is Strata AI?
Strata AI is an agentic operating layer for strata management firms. AI agents triage the mailbox, chase quotes, run levies, prepare AGMs and keep compliance on track, while your managers stay in control.
Will the AI act without us?
Only as far as you let it. Every agent has an autonomy dial: suggest only, act with approval, or act and report. Every action is logged with who, what and why.
How is it priced?
Per lot, per month, on a sliding scale from A$4.50 down to A$0.70 as your firm grows, with a A$199 monthly minimum. Each lot includes 40 AI credits a month.
Do owners and committees pay?
No. Owners, committees and contractors get their own portals free. Your firm pays for the lots it manages.
Does it know strata law?
Yes. Agents answer from your buildings' by-laws, minutes and the legislation for each Australian state, and cite where every answer came from.
Can we move from our current software?
Yes. Import buildings, lots and owners from a spreadsheet, and we help you move documents across during onboarding.
